MatchTubeX does not hold responsibility for any content provided, published, displayed or communicated by its users and members in the form of text, photo, video, graphic, or other text-based and graphical form. “Users” and “Members” are solely responsible for any and all content they publish and communicate on their profile and community pages and through their e-mail and in-account message function. MatchTubeX does not assume liability for any user content being modified, exchanged, or circulated by you or an internal or external 3rd party. We will not be held liable if such an act results in the spread of rumors, defamation, obscenity, profanity, pornography or any other form of insult which damages the reputation of the concerned party or results in a violation of the Terms of Use of MatchTubeX.
By becoming a “Member” of MatchTubeX, you agree to provide complete and accurate personal information which is a true representation of yourself as well as your inherent characteristics. The information you post on the website/application and share with other members of our community should not be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, false, or mimic the characteristics and factual information of other people or fictional characters. Although MatchTubeX is not responsible for reviewing the profiles of its members and monitoring their activity, it does hold the authority to edit the profiles of members or deleting them altogether, with or without giving a notice or valid reason for taking the retrospective action.
By using our services, you agree not to share any form of content which is illegal, protected by copyrights, is considered inappropriate, is against the social norms, and is termed as inappropriate under the “Prohibited Content” section of our privacy policy, such as;
